  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Any cancellation received in writing before 2 months prior  will result in a total loss of US$500.00 deposit.

    Any cancellation made after 2 months prior will result in 50% loss of all trip funds (including deposit).

    Any cancellation after 1 month prior  will result in total loss of trip funds.

    We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. In the event of this decision, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

    Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans.

    Our cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
